Install for a single user

  1. Extract the downloaded ZIP file.
  2. Copy all of contents to %AppData%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\Speckle.Connectors.Autocad.bundle\Contents\Windows\
    • Create the directory structure as needed
  3. Copy PackageContents.xml from .\Speckle.Connectors.Autocad2026\Plugin\BundleAutoCAD to %AppData%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\Speckle.Connectors.Autocad.bundle\

Install for all users

Use %ProgramFiles%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\ instead of %AppData%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins in all file paths above.

Disable update notifications

See connector-configuration documentation for disabling update notifications

Uninstall the connector

Delete the Speckle.Connectors.Autocad.bundle folder from your installation location. To remove all Speckle products, also delete the %AppData%\Speckle\ folder.
