Subscribe to a Plan

Upgrade your workspace to one of the paid plans under Settings -> Billing.
  • We support both monthly and annual payment options.
  • Charges happen towards a payment card that you connect to your active subscription.
  • Paying via invoice is reserved for contracts above a certain usage limit and only for annual subscriptions. Contact us if you are interested in this.

How Plans Work

Different plans work in different ways:
  • Explore plan: Limited capacity for exploration and evaluation, at no cost.
  • Team plan: Fixed cost with known limits for team size, projects, and usage capacity—ideal for small teams with predictable collaboration needs.
  • Enterprise plan: Based on your actual project activity and data usage, with capacity that scales with your coordination and collaboration needs.

Understanding Usage and Limits

What counts as a sync? A sync is either the creation of a new model version or a productive receive. A productive receive happens when you receive a model in an authoring app and coordinate around it, receive a model in a dashboard app and derive something from it, or receive a model in an automation and process data from it. Simply viewing a model doesn’t count as a sync. How do version limits work? Versions represent instances of a model at a given time. Each plan includes capacity for storing versions across all your projects. If you reach your version storage limit, you won’t be able to publish additional versions until you add more capacity or upgrade your plan. What about sync limits? Anticipated sync usage reflects typical monthly activity for your plan tier. These are guidance numbers, not hard enforcement—nothing stops automatically if you exceed them. We understand that coordination needs spike during deadlines. If usage consistently exceeds expectations over time, we’ll reach out to discuss what plan best fits your workflow. How are user limits applied? Plans include capacity for users who need access to your workspace. The limit applies to the total number of users, whether they’re workspace Members (core team) or Guests (external collaborators). Both Members and Guests count toward your user limit. If you need more users than your plan allows, Enterprise offers unlimited users.

Change Your Subscription

You can make changes to your subscription under Settings -> Billing.
  • Upgrade plan: Easily switch to a higher-tier plan as your needs evolve. Billing starts immediately when you upgrade, and all existing data, versions, and comments are preserved.
  • Downgrade plan: Contact us if you wish to downgrade to a lower-tier plan. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle. Your data remains intact, but some features may become unavailable or limits may apply.
  • Cancel plan: You can cancel your subscription to stop future charges. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. When cancelled, your data will remain intact and available, but the workspace moves to the Explore plan with its associated limits.

Invoice

Admins can download an invoice for each billing cycle under:
Workspace Settings -> Billing -> Customer Portal.
